- It is only possible to use the quality guarantee once per customer.
Applies to individual experiences
The quality guarantee only applies to individual experiences. Therefore, we do not refund the entire clip card or course. We cannot guarantee that your health service will solve your challenges or meet your goals. If you have had tensions or pains for a long time, it often requires multiple massage treatments. Therefore, the quality guarantee does not cover missing results, as it often requires a course and a combination of several things.
